Payson 760 Swivel - 761 Rigid GENERAL DUTY

Payson casters in the 760 and 761 series are economical, all-purpose models featuring single ball race construction, made of heavy gauge cold-rolled steel.

Idesl for equipment in the range of 100 to 1400 lbs. Widely used on furniture dollies, box and platform trucks, bakery racks, laundry and linen baskets, and other equipment on which applications require an economical single ball race caster.

Constructed of large raceways deeply embossed for extra strength. Hydraulically upset kingpin for thrust absorption. Relaceable nut and bold axles for 2" through 4" models.

Model 761 is solid, one-piece steel, embossed for extra strength.

Payson 020 Swivel / 021 Rigid LIGHT DUTY

The 020 Payson caster is an ICM standard. Built with cold-rolled steel and embossed for extra strength, and a double ball race, heat-treated for longer wear and greater strength.

Ideal for equipment in the load range of 100 to 600 lbs. Designed for many applications, including tool carts, food service trucks, hospital, appliance, office and other portable equipment.

Model 021 is solid, one-piece steel embossed for extra strength.

Options for a variety of stem casters in light, medium and heavy duty are also available.

Payson 080 Swivel / 081 Rigid series MEDIUM HEAVY

The 080 model Payson caster has been especially designed to carry heavy loads in conditions where low over-all height and wide tread wheel are essential. Unit construction is of heavy gauge, cold-rolled steel, double ball bearing design, embossed for additional strength and style.

Rigid companion 081 unit has .149 embossed legs welded to a .225 top plate.

Payson 200 Swivel / 201 Rigid series MEDIUM HEAVY

The 200 series Payson caster is a precision-built swivel caster with two perfectly aligned swivel raceways. All cold-forged parts are made to exacting tolerances from heavy gauge steel and hardened for severe service and long wear.

Ideal for equipment in the load range of 500 to 4000 lbs. A large selection of wheels makes it adaptable to a variety of industrial and institutional equipment. Applications for use include warehouse trucks, refuse containers, and linen carts.

Payson 290 Swivel / 291 Rigid series HEAVY MEDIUM

The 290 series offers the ultimate in a heavy medium duty cold-forged steel caster. Extraordinary design features allow for punishing service under severe operating conditions.

Designed for equipment in the load range of 1500 to 5000 lbs. A large wheel selection allows for a variety of general applications. Suitable for rugged conditions.

Payson 300 Swivel / 301 Rigid series HEAVY DUTY

Rugged cold-forged Payson caster, designed to withstand severe shock loads while providing a smooth swiveling action on hardened raceways. A precision top raceway, coined under extreme pressure, supports the load while a large diameter lower ball race absorbs the secondary thrust.

Designed for equipment in the 2000 to 6000 lbs. range. Suitable for heavy industrial and warehousing applications where high shock loads and severe operating conditions are expected.

Payson 400 Swivel / 401 Rigid series HEAVY DUTY

Payson casters in the 400 series are designed to carry heavy duty loads. Hardened swivel components are constructed of heavy gauge cold-forged steel, formed under extreme pressure to the most exacting tolerances, assuring smooth swiveling.

Manufactured for equipment in the range of 2000 to 8000 lbs. Designed for the heaviest manual loads, and loads occasionally drawn by power. Units withstand punishing and continuous service, including severe shock loads.

Payson 600 Swivel / 601 Rigid series HEAVY TIMKEN

The "600" is a super heavy duty caster. Each cold-forged steel component part is heat-treated for the most severe operating conditions.

Designed for the most severe applications with capacities up to 14,000 lbs. The "600" is ideal for the heaviest manually operated loads and power-driven equipment.

Payson 020-DW DOUBLE WHEEL SERIES LIGHT/MEDIUM DUTY DUAL WHEEL CASTERS

The purpose of a dual wheel caster is to offer more floor contact for equipment considered to be top heavy, such as electronic cabinets or heavy furniture. The combination of a larger surface area and the low overall height allow these duals to maneuver well in tight areas and under heavy loads. Scroll down for specifications.

'020-DW' LIGHT DUTY The two separate and distinct ball races make for the easiest swiveling possible. Heat treated, with a longer service life. Shouldered axles are replaceable. Zinc plated.

Payson '060-DW' LIGHT MEDIUM DUTY

The "060-DW" double wheel casters provide a wider floor surface contact and an even larger double ball bearing swivel raceway design. All parts are hardened for longer wear. Replaceable shouldered axles. Zinc plated.

Payson V-Grooved

V-Grooved wheels have been machined to fit on angle iron track. The wheels also perform well on ordinary floor surfaces.

Zinc plating, nut and bolt axles standard with v-groove wheels.
