Algood Casters 1900 Series
Capacity to 250 lbs
Algood casters in the 1900 series are constructed with a corrosion resistant bright zinc finish, 7/16" diameter rivet kingpin, and 7/32" diam. upper race; 7/32" diameter lower race. Bearings are hardened steel.
Bushings composed of nylon, steel or ball bearing. Axle is 5/16" with lock nut.
Most special stems available for rigid casters.
This unit is cart washable, making it a suitable choice for hospital supply, textile, dollies, food service equipment, store fixtures, and bakery equipment.
Bolt hole allows for up to 1/2" diam. threaded stem with choice of any special length and thread types.
Algood 2003 Series Casters Swivel & Wheel Brake
Capacity to 275 lbs
Allgood casters in the 2003 Series are built with a corrosion resistant bright zinc finish, and kingpin - 5/8" diameter rivet. A 1/4" diam. upper race, 1/4" diameter lower race, hardened steel load bearings keep this unit rolling smoothly.
Bushings are either nylon, steel or ball bearing. A 5/16" axle and lock nut are provided.
Series 2003 is suitable for hospital equipment, schools, libraries, audio and visual aid equipment. Also fits applications for food processing machinery, food equipment, and metal fabrications.
The bolt hole allows for up to 5/8" diam. threaded stems with any special length and thread type. Double brake locks wheel and swivel in any direction. Swivel lock only is also an option. Many expandable stem sizes available.
Algood 2003 Series Gate Spring Loaded Casters
Capacity to 300 lbs
- Kingpin: 3/4" diameter heavy duty nut & bolt kingpin
- Raceway: 1/4" diameter upper and lower race; hardened steel load bearings
- Bushing: Nylon, steel or ball bearing
- Axle & Nut: 5/16" axle and lock nut
- Finish: Corrosion resistant bright zinc finish

Algood Casters 5000 Series
Capacity to 350 lbs
The Algood Caster 5000 Series has a corrosion resistant bright zinc finish. Featuring a 9/16" diameter rivet kingpin, 1/4" diameter upper race and 1/4" diameter lower raceway. Bushings are nylon, steel or ball bearing, delrin bearing or roller bearing (steel or nylon).
3/8" diam. axle and lock nut, 1-1/2" axle on 6" TLB yokes provided.
This model is ideal for medium duty, mobile warehousing equipment, stock trucks andinstitutional uses.
A wide variety of tread sizes and stems are available.

Algood Casters 5200 Series
Capacity to 300 lbs
The 5200 Series of Algood Casters is constructed of a 9/16" diameter rivet, 1/4" diameter upper race and 1/4" diameter lower race of hardened steel load bearings. The bushing is of nylon, steel bushing or ball bearing composition.
Ships with 3/8" diam. axle and lock nut.
The metal dust cover helps protect the swivel raceway. Cart washable spec makes this an ideal caster for bakery equipment, kitchen dollies, hospital and medical equipment, housekeeping and linen carts.
Algood Caster The Maxx™ Series
Capacity to 900 lbs
The Maxx Series from Algood is idesl for casters built for tow lines, stock carts and platform trucks, garbage bins, wire shelving units, hospitals, food industry, and heavy equipment.
Manufactured with a bright chrome, corrosion resistant finish, constructed with 3/4" diameter heavy duty nut and bolt kingpin; 5/16" diameter upper and lower hardened still load bearings; a roller bearing with drilled hardened steel spanner bushing and plastic side washers.
Units ship with 1/2" zerk axle and lock nut. A grease nipple is located in the swivel raceway.
Algood's The Maxx is a weldless, one piece model with many stem available. Most important is that The Maxx is cart wasdhable and virtually maintenance free.
Algood Tornado Series - Improved Kingpinfree Casters
Capacity to 1200 lbs
Algood casters in the Tornado Series finished with corrosion resistant bright zinc finish are suitable for abusive conditions, tow lines, industrial platform trucks, and most hardworking industrial functions.
The Tornado Series is constructed of a 3-1/4" head diameter, 2-3/8" diameter kingpin raceway, and 3/8" diameter hardened steel ball bearings. Bushing is a roller bearing with drilled and hardened steel spanner bushing and steel side washers. 1/2" zerk axle and lock nut included. For lubrication, a grease nipple is in the race.
Algood Typhoon Series - Improved Kingpinfree Casters
Capacity to 3200 lbs
Handling more capacity with hardened parts, the Algood Typhoon caster is designed for use in abusive conditions, tow lines, industrial platform trucks, and most hardworking industrial functions.
Finished in a bright corrosion free zinc finish, the Typhoon is built with a 4' and 4-1/4" head diameter, 2-3/4" and 3-1/4" diameter kingpin raceway, and 1/2" diameter hardened steel ball bearings. The bushing is a roller bearing with drilled and hardened steel spanner bushing and steel side washers. 3/4" axle and lock nut included. A grease nipple is located in the race.
