ACE Semi-Pneumatic Tire Wheel Assemblies

ACE Semi-Pneumatic Tire/Poloyolefin Wheel Assemblies

FEATURES & BENEFITS
Both the ACE 8210-6 and the ACE 8220-6 wheel assemblies employ high impact poloylefin wheel centers with integrally molded bearing surfaces for strength, endurance and attractive appearance. As with all ACE wheel centers, custom designs and colors are available. The 8220-6 wheel center is designed for the most light duty applications. The 8210-6 wheel center is designed for heavier duty applications. Preferred for higher load ratings with more tire and less wheel center, use where a higher tire profile is desirable.

Applications include: mobile toys, various light duty material handling equipment and lawn and garden equipment

ACE Nylon and Polyolefin Spoked Wheels ACE Nylon and Polyolefin Spoked Wheels -
4605-14 Poloyolefin, 4645-16 Nylon or Poloyolefin, 4485-20 Nylon

FEATURES & BENEFITS
ACE offers high impact, quality engineered spoked ployolefin and nylon wheels in three popular sizes: 14", 16" and 20". The 20" nylon spoked wheel features a drop center rim designed for heavy duty applications. The drop center design helps prevent tire roll-off when subjected to heavy loads. The high impact poloyolefin wheel material and integrally molded plastic bushings make these wheels capable of withstanding rugged use whil retaining their good looks. Nylon material is available on 16" and 20" wheels for those severe applications. Both wheel designs are also available with ball bearings for easy rolling or sintered metal bushings for heavy duty applications.

ACE Nylon Press Wheels

FEATURES & BENEFITS
Single Rib - The rib leaves a groove for the seed to penetrate while the side walls press the soil in next to the seed to provide a firm moist seed bed for germination.
Rib Traction - The tire performs the same function as the single rib,
however, the traction feature helps prevent bull-dozing by moving soil under the tire with each rotation, helps eliminate crusting and breaks up water flow down the row.
Concave - This tire combines the most important features of the flat and crown treads. Its highter profile provides dependable good snap and cleaning capabilities while the center area provides relief for less pressure immediately above the seed.
